Withdrawing Your Submissions for Rework

As the Requester of the submission, you  can withdraw the submission at any time as long as no approval actions (e.g. Support, Approve, Reject, Return) has taken place. You can withdraw submissions if other users have only added comments without processing the submission.

To withdraw your submission for rework,

1. Open your submission from My Submission – In Progress section.
2. Click on the Withdraw button.                                   
3. Enter the reason for withdrawing this submission and click on the Withdraw button.
   • This is a mandatory step to complete the withdrawal process.                                                                                                     
4. Click the Close icon to return the withdrawal submission to continue editing or the Process Next Submissions link to continue with the next submission.

The status of the submission is now withdrawn and will appear in the ‘For Rework’ lists under My Tasks tab for 1 week. Once the submission is ‘withdrawn’, there will be email notifications to user(s) who has been previously notified to process the submission. 

The withdrawal reason will appear in the Trail of Events and the Comments.
