Supporting and Signing of Documents within Organization
To Support a Submission
- Open the submission from the email notification that have been received.
- Alternatively, you can find such submission under the For Support Category in E-Submission Dashboard Widget or My Task – For Support section in E-Submission module.

- Enter your comments (if any), view or download the document. Click on the Support button to support the submission, Reject to reject the submission or Return to Requestor for rework.
- After you have approved the submission, it will move on to the next stage and it will be removed from My Tasks list. However, you are still able to retrieve this submission through search and continue to add comments to this submission. The requester and users at the next stage will be notified via email.
To Approve or Sign a Submission
- Open the submission from the email notification that have been received.
- Alternatively, you can find such submission under the To Sign Category in E-Submission Dashboard Widget or My Task – To Sign section in E-Submission module.

- The approver can see the details of the submission, view or download the document.
- To approve and sign the submission, click on Sign. To reject the submission for rework, click on Decline to Sign.
- After clicking on Sign, the approver will see the preview of the document and the area where they need to sign.
- If there are multiple areas to sign, the approver can use the Next button to auto-scroll to the area which they need to sign. Click on Sign Here to sign the document and approver has the option to draw, type or upload their signature.
- After clicking on Sign, the approver will see the preview of the document and the area where they need to sign.
- After adding the signature, it is displayed on the document itself. Click on Finish Signing to complete the signing process.
A PDF copy of the signed submission together with the trail of events will be filed to the selected file reference in the KRIS Record Manager module. An email notification will be sent to every participant, including the CC list informing that the submission is completed.
