Saved Searches

After customizing your Folder Search, you can search this customized search for future use. This allows you to search the same set of folders without repeating the steps to select the search conditions.

Saving your Customized Search

To save your customized Search,

  1. Click on the Save this Search button.
  2. Enter the name of this search.                                                               
  3. Click on OK button and it will be listed under the Saved Searches List.   

Accessing the Saved Search

You can click on the previously saved search from the Saved Searches List to quickly retrieve the same set of search result without re-configuring the Search page again.

Removing the Saved Search

To remove any of your saved searches,

  1. Mouse over on a saved search.
  2. Click on the Delete icon.
