Receiving a Submission for Rework

As a Requestor, you will receive a submission for rework in the following scenarios:

  • A supporting / approving party has sent the submission to Return to Requester.
  • In the Routing Type – (All) , if there is no consensus on Approval or Rejection by the supporting / approving party, the submission will be Returned to Requester for rework.

You will receive an email notification if there is a new submission for rework. Submissions for Rework will appear in the E-Submission Dashboard and the Action Panel.

To start working on these submissions,

  1. Open your submissions from My Tasks – Rework section.
  2. Click on the submission title to open the submission.
  3. Edit the submission details including the header, file reference, main paper, attachment and routing profile where necessary.
  4. Edit the routing profile but you are not able to remove any officers that have been notified/acted on the submission.
  5. Save the edited submission first before submitting.
  6. Click on the Submit button to re-submit the submission.
  7. Click on the OK button in the confirmation window.

Upon resubmitting, the submission will go through Routing Profile again from the begininng. The Trail of Events will keep the audit log on all the action in the submission and will not be reset upon rework.
