Processing the Pick List

System Administrator will need to process the pick list after retrieving the physical file from the respective location. Email Notification function is available to System Administrator to inform the user that the reserved file is ready for collection.

To process the Pick List,

  1. Click on File Tracker
  2. Click on Process Pick List on the Quick Access page
  3. Click on button to process pick list
  4. Check for the retrieved checkbox for the file has been collected
  5. Click on button to update the status
  6. System will display the updated successfully message
