Preventing Users from Accessing KRIS

These steps are required if the user is no longer in organization and the System Administrator will require to disable this user from accessing the system. To disable the users into KRIS,

  1. Login as System Administrator
  2. Click on Module Switcher at the top bar and select KRIS Administrator module.
  3. Click on Manage Users link under Manage Organization Structure section.
  4. Select the Edit icon of the user that needs to be disabled.
  5. Change the login status from Allow Login to Disallow
  6. Click on the Save button.

The  user will not be able to login to KRIS and is removed from all the roles assigned to him.

Information

There is also another Disabled option in the Login Status drop down field. Once this option is selected, the user will not be able to KRIS but the system will still retain all the roles that are assigned to him. This is commonly used in the event that the administrator needs to disable users whom are on long vacation such as sabbatical or maternity leave.
