Importing Users

These steps are required if there are new staff joining the organization and require to access the KRIS system for filing, retrieving and searching.

The user account must be created in the Active Directory beforehand.

To import the users into KRIS,

  1. Login as System Administrator
  2. Click on Module Switcher at the top bar and select KRIS Administrator module.       
  3. Click on Import Users link under Manage Organization Structure section.                                     
  4. Select the checkbox of the user(s) that needs to be imported.
  5. Click on the Drop down arrow icon beside the User ID column.
  6. Click on the Import option.
  7. Click on the Confirm button to proceed with the import.
  8. Click on the Close icon X to close the Success message window.
