Configuring Record Manager Settings

  1. Login as System Administrator.
  2. Click on Module Switcher at the top bar and select KRIS Administrator module.        
  3. Click on System Settings under Control Panel section.
  4. Click on the Record Manager Settings tab.                                            
  5. Turn on/off the settings
    • Enable global access control – To allow user to check who has the access on the document and if the user have the access to edit the profile, it also allow user to amend the access rights. Recommended Settings: OFF
    • Allow Filing Documents from Dropbox – Feature to allow user to file the document from dropbox. Currently, this is not available. Recommended Settings: OFF
    • For settings below, it is recommended to turn off the classification that you will create folders under beneath it.
      • Display Subject in Record Library – This is to allow user to view the Subject tree view in the file plan in KRIS Record Manager
      • Display Cabinet in Record Library – This is to allow user to view the Cabinet tree view in the file plan in KRIS Record Manager
      • Display Public in Record Library – This is to allow user to view the Public tree view in the file plan in KRIS Record Manager
  6. Click on Confirm button to save the settings
  7. Click on OK button to close the Success Message window.
