Configuring Holiday Settings

The public holiday setting will affect the calculation of the due date of the submission. The due date calculation will exclude public holidays and weekends.

  • Urgent + 1 day
  • Normal + 2 days

Only the System Administrator will have access to this function in the KRIS Administrator module.

Adding a Public Holiday

  1. Login as System Administrator.
  2. Click on Module Switcher at the top bar and select KRIS Administrator module.       
  3. Click on Holiday Administration under Control Panel section.                         
  4. Select the date for the public holiday.                                                                         
  5. Enter the holiday description.
  6. Click on the Add button.

Editing a Public Holiday

  1. Select the holiday to edit and click on the Edit icon.
  2. Edit holiday details and click on the Update button.                 

Deleting a Public Holiday

  1. Select the holiday to edit and click on the Delete icon.
  2. Click on the OK button in the Confirmation window.
