Accessing Recently Accessed Documents
KRIS keeps a history of your 50 most recently accessed documents. This list is sorted according to your last action date with the latest record listed on the top.
To view the list of file references that you have recently accessed,
- Expand the Action Menu panel.
- Click on the History node.
- Click on the Recently Accessed Records option
Alternatively, you can also find add Recently Accessed Records widget into your Dashboard which will list down the 10 most recent folders that you have used.
To view the full list of recent documents, click on the View Details icon in the widget.
The following list of fields shown in Recently Accessed Records page.
- Type – The icon that indicates the format of the records.
- Document No. – The number that KRIS generates and allocates to a record upon creation.
- Document Subject – The descriptive name for the record.
- Version No. – The number of versions created for the particular Record.
- Document Date – The date of the record user specified during filing.
- Status – The status of the record.
- Action – Click to show a quick list of actions which can be performed by the user.
