Creating a New Submission using Copy Function

The Copy function allows the ease of creating submission from previous similar submission to reduce the data input and time taken. You can duplicate an ongoing or completed submission by using the copy function and start editing from there.

In order to create a submission that is of the same nature as a past/ongoing submission,

  1. Search for an existing submission.
  2. Open the submission and click on the Copy icon at the bottom right of the page.
  3. Choose to copy the attachment(s) over the new submission.

KRIS will automatically open a new submission of the same submission template and all the information are predefined based on the copied submission. You can continue to edit submission details and submit as a totally new submission once you are done.

  • Header Information is autopopulated.
  • Main Paper is autopopulated.
  • Routing Profile is already populated with Action Officer that is copied from Step 2.
  • Attachment will be populated based on Step 3.
  • No Submission ID is assigned.
