End of Life Policy
From time to time, SQL View will decide that certain of its products have reached the end of their product lifecycle. Reasons include:
- Market demands, technology innovation and development driving changes
- Products are replaced by newer and functionally richer technology.
- To meet the latest security and corporate governance policy.
SQL View recognizes that end of life (EOL) milestones often impact the customers’ businesses and operations. With that in mind, we have set out the End of Life milestones to help you manage the transitions, as well as the support that you will receive from SQL View.
Scope
The purpose of this policy is to outline an indicative timeline for the lifecycle of all SQL View’s software, subscriptions and services. All dates, announcements, and timelines are subject to change.
This Policy will take effect from 01 January 2022.
