Bug Fixes
Record Manager
- Fixed: When uploading a document, a user’s previous role is still shown under the Designation field although the user has been removed from the role.
- Fixed: Drag and Drop Filing: the Secure Document checkbox becomes unticked and cannot be changed.
- Fixed: Drag and Drop Filing: After clicking the Edit Details button and editing a document metadata, the Enable Content Searching button becomes unchecked and cannot be changed.
- Fixed: Drag and Drop Filing: If a user immediately edits details of the document, the document indexing encounters error.
- Fixed: Drag and Drop Filing: If a user has multiple roles with different access rights to a file reference, system uses the lower access rights to determine whether user has access to file to the file reference.
- Fixed: Recently Accessed Files is shown when clicking on Recently Access Records.
- Fixed: Approve Document Deletion: Subject Offices are unable to access the Approve Document Deletion approval page by clicking on the email link.
- Fixed: Document Details: Clicking on the “Document Email View” button does not show the content of the email.
- Fixed: Document Details: Unable to refile documents into another folder on the Edit Profile Details page.
- Fixed: Universal Search > Discovery Cloud: Clicking on any cluster in the Discovery Cloud will show XSS error.
- Fixed: Email Viewer: Spelling issue and the timestamp format is unreadable in Statistics panel under Knowledge Community.
- Fixed: Request for New Subject File/Case Series: Disposal action field is indicated with an asterisk (*) as mandatory although it is actually optional.
- Fixed: Work Tray menu does not disappear after clicking on an item.
- Fixed: Although a document in the case file has been successfully deleted, users can still click to open it on the UI. It should show as disabled.
E-Submission
- Fixed: Email notification: When user adds a comment to a submission, the timestamp of the comment in the email is incorrect.
- Fixed: E-signature: System did not check whether the signature is added before allowing user to Finish Signing.
- Fixed: E-signature > View Submission: When the submission status is Signed, clicking on any of the documents to be signed or attachment seems to trigger the signing view again.
- Fixed: E-Signature > View Submission: When the submission is pending signing, the system launches the signing view even when the user only clicks on the attachment.
- Fixed: E-signature: After adjusting the routing profile of signers during new submission, certain signers do not see any signing area to sign.
- Fixed: View Submission: New viewer does not give the option to zoom in/out on the document.

Error when deleting case even after all documents in the case file have been deleted - Fixed: Security Method Administration: An unfriendly error message is shown when the the input length exceeds max allowed number

- Fixed: Administration Audit Log Reports: There is no content in the report after applying the Cabinet/Subject or Department filter
- Fixed: Inactive File List Report and Cabinet / Subject Trustee Reports: The special character (< > ‘”) does not show properly in the report

- Fixed: Android: Signed documents and attachments cannot be opened

E-Submission
- Fixed: E-Signature: Signers are not able to see previous signer’s signature/text while the submission is still in-progress
- Fixed: E-Signature: When adding a “Signature & Date Signed” field on a document, the modal window does not close automatically after an assignee is selected
- Fixed: E-Signature: When a user signs on the document on the “Signature & Date Signed” field, there is there is no date under signature if user applies their signature via ‘Type’ or ‘Upload’ method
